We do everything to ensure you can collect your repaired device as quickly as possible.
In most cases of the most popular repairs (such as screen, battery or charging port replacement), we send the device back the same or next working day.
For more complicated repairs (screen refurbishment, motherboard repairs), it usually takes 2-3 working days. We will keep you updated on the status of the repair and how long it will take.

However, due to the nature of work in the service, during the repair it may turn out that the device requires more work than we all initially assumed.
We will inform you of any potential additional costs before starting the work, so you do not need to worry about undisclosed extra charges.

We never "touch" or delete customer data. We strive to carry out repairs in a way that keeps the data safe and eliminates the need for deletion.
However, if there is a risk of loss, we will inform you before starting the repair.
When sending the device to us, we prefer Inpost Parcel Lockers. It is the fastest and most convenient form of delivery.
By default, we return the package with the repaired phone in the same way, but if you prefer a different mode of transport, please let us know.
No! We cover the delivery costs both ways, whether it is parcel locker shipping or courier shipping.
The exception is cash on delivery shipping, which requires an additional fee due to higher costs.
Yes, we provide a warranty for all repairs. However, the exception is devices that have been water damaged.
The warranty period is 3 or 6 months, depending on whether you chose to use replacement or original parts.
If you need to use the warranty, please inform us and then send us the package. If the complaint is accepted, we will refund your shipping cost.
Yes. If you decide that you want to collect the device in person after the service (for example, if you are passing through Warsaw), you are welcome!
Our salon is located in the underground passage under the Central Station (Rondo Czterdziestolatka) in Warsaw.
We spent a lot of time for check prices at the market.
However, we cannot be the cheapest service in Warsaw/in Poland/in the world. We want to offer the highest quality of our services, and unfortunately, the lowest price usually comes with low quality.
It is also important that the final price is most influenced by the cost of parts, and unfortunately, we have no influence over that.
Please remember that every service we offer is covered by a warranty, and the package both ways is included in the price!
